My experience at Dundee Ford Centre could have been better because I don’t think you guys think about making your customers happy, just lining your own pockets.
My experience at Dundee Ford Centre was memorable because the staff weren't pushy. Laid back. Answered all my questions. The staff were generally really good. Especially Robbie who I dealt with. Very knowledgeable.
The service at Dundee Ford Centre was fantastic. The sales team were very great and I felt confident buying from them.
I would recommend Dundee Ford Centre to friends and family because I found Robbie to be very open and friendly. My wife & I HATE a hard sell. We'd walk away if we encountered that but Robbie was good with us. He listened and answered our questions well.
On a more general note I dislike loud music in showrooms which we've encountered before but The Dundee Ford Centre was quiet and relaxing.
